Northern Virginia Hapkido Academy - NVHA
NOVA Hapkido is a traditional Korean martial arts curriculum. We are primarily self defense oriented system based on the core skills of leverage and balance, and utilizing Hapkido's basic principles of circular motion nonresistance and flowing energy.
